1. Offer Eligibility
Travel certificates must be used within a maximum of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Each reservation is limited to 4 people. Beyond this time, additional fees will apply according to our current rates.

Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years old.

2. Reservations and Payments

Payment Methods:

A deposit is required when purchasing travel certificates.

The balance must be paid in full upon booking confirmation.

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure Stripe and PayPal platforms.

All transactions are secure.

Refunds are possible according to our cancellation policy.

3. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the reservation are subject to a fee.

Cancellations are subject to a fee, which varies depending on the cancellation date.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing.

4. Liability
Navillus Vacation Club declines all liability for:

Flight delays, changes, or cancellations

Loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay

Accidents or incidents occurring during the stay

Non-compliance with administrative and health formalities

We strongly recommend that our clients:

Purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, and loss of baggage

Check the validity of their travel documents before departure

Comply with the health regulations in force in the destination country

5. General Provisions
Jurisdiction:

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic
